WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

Orders received before 12AM will be shipped same day on weekdays, orders placed after 12AM will be shipped the next day or if an order is placed in the weekend /  in a holiday period it will be shipped on the first working day.

DENMARK:

HOLMEN CPH offers free delivery on all orders above 700 DKK. Orders below 700 DKK delivered within Denmark will be charged 50 DKK for pick-up points or 80 DKK for home delivery.

Orders delivered to parcel shops cannot be redirected to other locations. It is the recipient's own responsibility to pick up the parcel or arrange a return if needed.

GERMANY:

HOLMEN CPH offers free delivery, on all orders above €100. Orders below €100 delivered within Germany will be charged €10.

EUROPE (NOT INCLUDING NO, CH & UK)

HOLMEN CPH offers free delivery, on all orders above €100. Orders below €100 delivered within Europe will be charged €15.

NORWAY, SWITZERLAND & UNITED KINGDOM

HOLMEN CPH offers free shipping on orders above €100 (Day exchange rate). Orders below €100 delivered within the NO, CH & UK will be charged €20. Please be aware, FedEx is our only shipping option for UK orders at this time.

All shipments into NO, CH & UK include VAT and Duty in the final price at checkout and will ship with all duties, taxes, and charges paid.

In some rare cases, the import charges are still charged when importing the goods. If this happens to you, please pay the charges, email us at Customer Service and we will issue a reimbursement.

OUTSIDE EUROPE

HOLMEN CPH offers free shipping on orders above €100. Orders below €100 delivered internationally (3-9 working days) will be charged €25.

Please be aware, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

UNITED STATES

HOLMEN CPH offers free shipping on orders above $100. Orders below $100 delivered internationally (3-9 working days) will be charged $30.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Orders above $800 will be charged duties and taxes, the charges typically fall within these brackets:

• Value Spend 800-1000 USD - Avg customs $220

• Value Spend 1000-1500 USD - Avg customs $300

LOCAL TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Please be aware, if the customer chooses to refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, the parcel will automatically be returned to HOLMEN CPH. In this case, HOLMEN CPH reserves the right to charge the customer a €25 administration fee.
