What are my options for returning a product?

Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product. Check our return page or your return shipping options.

When will I receive my refund after returning items?

We do our best to refund the money to your account as fast as possible. Normally the money will be available in your bank account within one week after we have received your returned item.

 

WARRANTY & CLAIMS

What is HOLMEN CPH warranty policy?

All products from HOLMEN CPH come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not cover defects caused be normal wear and tear.
