Returns
Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product. Check our your return options under shipping.
We do our best to refund the money to your account as fast as possible. Normally the money will be available in your bank account within one week after we have received your returned item.
The exchange and return policy are up to the individual retailer. We do not handle returns of products purchased from one of our retailers.
Warranty & Claims
All products from HOLMEN CPH come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not cover defects caused be normal wear and tear.
Our warranty does not cover any defects caused by dropped item, improper care, normal wear and tear, natural fading of materials and colors over time and with use.
Furthermore, HOLMEN CPH does not warranty products purchased through consumer resale sites or counterfeit products.
All our products have a two-year warranty period. On the off chance that one of our products has a fault please make contact with our Customer Care team. We will determine how we may best solve the claim with either a replacement or a refund if the item(s) meet the criteria as they are specified on our Terms of Service page.
We require that you bring your faulty item to the respective retailer, as they will then evaluate the claim and assist with the replacement.
Sizing
Presently we offer watches and jewelry. The watch straps and jewelry buckles are easy to adjust. Our watch cases dial are presently offered in size 42 & 44 mm.
Ordering
Unfortunately, adding or removing items is not possible once the order is confirmed. The same counts for changing size, color etc.
We can try to cancel the entire order and request you place a new order online with the correct products.
We are unfortunately not able to cancel orders which have been placed outside of our normal working hours Monday - Friday: 9 am to 4 pm (CET).
You are able to cancel your order from HOLMEN CPH if the order has been placed in the above-mentioned hours or until you get the email about the completed order. After this you’ll have to wait for the order to arrive. Now you’ll be able to send it back to us for a “Refund”
Please get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
You’ll receive an order confirmation on your email right after payment. Furthermore you’ll receive an email when the order is completed and handed over to the carrier service. Now your parcel is on its way.

We offer various payment options depending on which country you are checking out from. Mastercard, VISA, Dankort, and American Express are among the most common cards we are offering for payment.
Klarna payment is available for selected countries.
For Danish orders, MobilePay is available.
Our card transactions are 100% 3D secured.
Our 15% sign-up discount code is unfortunately not valid on already discounted products, bundles, or limited collections and only for your first order at Holmencph.com.
Yes, we do offer an industry program.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer invoice payments.
Delivery
Parcels shipped within Denmark will normally take 1-3 working days to deliver. Parcels shipped to countries within the EU normally take around 1-4 working days. International orders going overseas will normally take 3-7 working days. Please have a look at ou Shipping page for more information.
We are unfortunately not able to make address changes for orders which have been placed outside of our normal working hours Monday - Friday: 9 am to 4 pm (CET).
You are able to change the address for your order from HOLMEN CPH if the order has been placed in the above-mentioned hours or until you get the email about the completed order.

Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Be aware, if you refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, the parcel will automatically be returned to HOLMEN CPH. In this case, HOLMEN CPH reserves the right to charge the customer a $25 administration fee.
Duty Delivery Paid in selected Territories
Applicable tax and duty are shown at checkout in the following territories:

- Norway
- Switzerland
Orders in these territories will be sent with taxes and duties paid. Therefore, no further import duty or tax will be payable after the order has been placed on HOLMENCPH.com
